When we moved and updated our Communications Center, Douglas Button designed and worked with the construction team to implement all aspects of this high-tech monitoring, operations and communications center. This communications center was the first of its kind in Iowa and became the design for many sites going forward. The DULUTH AIRPORT AUTHORITY completed construction on a new terminal in 2013. Douglas Button, with Advanced Security Consulting, provided a step by step process for reviewing products, ensuring the products met specifications, provided consulting on functionality of the products, ensuring a seamless transition into new security systems at the new airport terminal. Douglas provided the highest professional quality services. Additionally, Douglas provided the Airport Authority with expert advice on perimeter security system updates to include software upgrades. Douglas’ expert consulting review of equipment specifications prior to purchase yielded project cost savings as well as efficient, on time implementation. Douglas’ availability to ask questions, work solutions to unexpected issues resulted in minimized downtime to critical, highly technical security systems. Advanced Security Consulting has been a valuable resource in support of DAA’s security operations.
